The Maggie Mae Fund at work

Thanks to all of the donations and fund-raising for the Maggie Mae fund, we were able to help another desperate animal in need. Meet Trapper, a young adult male cat who was brought into our clinic by a good samaritan. Trapper was found with his back leg caught in a spring trap. There was no way to determine how long he was in the trap, however, it was enough time to cause severe damage to his foot. Amputation of the leg was his only option. Trapper is now very comfortable and happy. He is learning how to get around with three legs. His favorite activities include curling up in laps, eating and making biscuits while he purrs. Trapper is healing well and is now available for adoption. He has been neutered and is negative for leukemia, feline aids and heartworms. He has also had all of his vaccinations. Please call our office at 756-6011 with questions. Or, come by to meet him!!
